Docucorp Announces Agreement with Virtusa

DALLAS -- Docucorp International(R) (Nasdaq:DOCC), a leading provider of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, today announced an agreement with Virtusa Corp, a global software development and IT services firm.
As part of the agreement, Virtusa will supplement Docucorp's full-time development staff to further enhance the innovative Web-based portal used by Docucorp's business process outsourcing customers. In addition, Docucorp will leverage Virtusa's considerable financial services expertise to deliver tailor-made, cost effective business solutions to the wealth management market at a more aggressive pace.
