Business Wire, March 16, 2006
NASHUA, N.H. -- MANGOSOFT of Nashua, NH (OTC: BB: MGOF), a developer of Internet-enabling business software solutions, this morning announced that on March 14, 2006 the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire issued a decision on the parties' cross motions for summary judgment in the case of Mangosoft, Inc.
and Mangosoft Corp. v. Oracle Corporation, Civil Action No. 02-545-M. In that action, Mangosoft alleges that Oracle Corporation infringes the claims of Mangosoft's patent, U.S. Patent No.6,148,337. The Court's decision allowed Oracle's motion for summary judgment of non-infringement, and denied Oracle's motion for summary judgment with respect to its claims regarding invalidity and inequitable conduct. A copy for the Court's decision is available at office of the Civil Clerk for the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, 55 Pleasant Street, Room 110, Concord, 03301.
