Central Garden & Pet Company Follow-On Offering of Common Stock

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- Central Garden & Pet Company (Nasdaq:CENT) today announced that it has agreed to sell approximately 1,975,000 shares of its common stock, subject to customary closing conditions. All of the shares are being sold by the Company. Banc of America Securities LLC will act as the sole underwriter for the offering.
