WAYNE, Pa. -- Kenexa Corporation (Nasdaq: KNXA) announced today that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on May 17, 2006. The meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m. (CDT) at The Cornhusker, a Marriott Hotel, 333 South 13th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508. Shareholders of record of Kenexa's common stock at the close of business on April 6, 2006 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the meeting.
