HCL Awarded Contract by MSC Software Corporation to Participate in Global Rollout of Oracle 11i Applications; 25 Locations Across the Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific

SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- HCL America ("HCL"), part of HCL Technologies Ltd. a leading global IT solutions provider in information technology, today announced a multi-million dollar agreement with MSC Software Corporation, a global provider of simulation solutions, to participate in the "One-Oracle" global rollout Oracle 11i applications project. The implementation will include the complete suite of Oracle applications, including financials, CRM, distribution, project and human resources modules.
As an Oracle partner, HCL provides customers like MSC Software Corporation with a competitive edge in leveraging new features available from Oracle and the Oracle development roadmap. HCL provides end-to-end solutions for an increasingly global customer base, leveraging its local and offsite capabilities to deliver world-class ERP implementation and testing.
For MSC, HCL will participate in the following Oracle activities:
--Oracle 11i Upgrade to 11.5.10, Migrate 11.0.3 to Global 11.5.10
--Site level new modules implementation by region
--Design and Develop new RICE components
--Port existing RICE components with minor modifications
--Implement best practices
--Address Financial reporting requirements
