BALTIMORE -- Today, The Golden Group announced the roster of keynote speakers for ISPCON Spring 2006, the leading event for wired and wireless ISPs. Presenters will include: Donald B. Berryman, EVP/president Municipal Networks for EarthLink Inc.; David S. Isenberg, principal, isen.com; and Raghu Rau, SVP Global Marketing and Strategy for Motorola Networks. Their presentations bring a unique view into current industry issues and deliver a frank discussion about topics ISPs face today. Mr. Berryman and Mr. Rau will co-present "Muni Networks: Partnering for Affordable Broadband." Mr. Isenberg spent 12 years at AT&T Bell Labs until his 1997 essay, "The Rise of the Stupid Network," was received with acclaim everywhere in the global telecommunications community with one exception -- at AT&T itself! So Isenberg left AT&T in 1998 to found isen.com LLC (an independent telecom analysis firm based in Cos Cob, CT) and to publish The SMART Letter, an open-minded commentary on the communications revolution and its enemies. He is also the co-producer and chair of the Freedom to Connect conference.
