Unica Completes Acquisition of Sane Solutions

Sane Solutions provides on-premise and on-demand solutions for analyzing online customer behavior, web traffic and internet marketing initiatives. The company has over 100 enterprise-class customers, including American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Coca-Cola Company, CVS, GEICO Direct, NASA and Old Mutual. In addition, Sane Solutions is recognized as the preferred choice for thousands of small and medium sized businesses.
