SAN DIEGO -- Solectek Corporation, a leader in the broadband wireless networking industry, announced today that the SkyWay 7000 Series is approved by the Chinese Ministry of Information Industry (MII) for sales and distribution in the Chinese market.
The SkyWay 7000 Series can be used on both backhaul for telecom and enterprise customers as well as multipoint networks for last mile distribution. "We have had success in China with our 2.4 GHz and first-generation 5.8 GHz products. Now, we want to extend the market reach with the new generation of improved products. We anticipate that the SkyWay 7000 Series will strengthen our position in the extremely important Chinese market," said Dr. Eric Lee, CEO of Solectek.
