NEEDHAM, Mass. -- PTC (Nasdaq: PMTC), the Product Development Company(TM), today announced that MRG Document Technologies has selected PTC Arbortext solutions for its dynamic publishing system to deliver on-demand mortgage closing documents to large lenders, independent mortgage brokers and agents. PTC Arbortext solutions enable companies to automate the assembly and publishing of product and service information in multiple languages and media formats.
Using Arbortext, MRG will develop an innovative application that supports a library with thousands of content objects that can be assembled to produce over 50,000 unique combinations of final closing mortgage documents and published in a few seconds. MRG intends to use Arbortext throughout its organization to create and dynamically publish mortgage documents that are based on loan type, term, lender, as well as county, state and federal regulations. MRG selected Arbortext because it will allow them to offer new, more customized services to their clients such as print-on-demand capabilities for document recipients.
"Our company's success hinges on the quality of the documents we deliver to our customers," said Gregg Young, chief technology officer, MRG Document Technologies. "The Arbortext solution enables a less costly and more efficient process to automatically produce higher-quality information, leading to more satisfied customers and longer-term business relationships."
Arbortext is well suited for organizations that must meet customer demands to receive information that is accurate, relevant, consistent and current. The solution enables organizations to maximize the benefits of dynamic publishing through information reuse and publishing automation. Information reuse provides the advantage of increasing information accuracy by eliminating the need to maintain multiple copies of information. Publishing automation delivers the ability to automate the assembly of information for delivery to multiple audiences in multiple media formats.
"The need to create and deliver information that exceeds customer expectations for relevance, accuracy and convenience is becoming more critical as organizations realize the direct relationship of high-quality information to exceptional customer service and improved revenue," said PG Bartlett, vice president of product management for Arbortext products, PTC. "Our solutions address these requirements and enable MRG to build on its corporate image in providing top-quality mortgage documents that simplify and strengthen the lender's closing process.
