Karp, was named to the ALI-ABA's Professional Responsibility Advisory Panel. The ALI-ABA, an undertaking of the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association, provides post-admission education for the legal profession.
ALI-ABA Advisory Panels lend their expertise to developing new and enhanced ALI-ABA projects, courses, publications, and other ALI-ABA services and products. Drawn from throughout the country, members of the panels are known for their experience and in-depth knowledge of the law. The Program Committee of the ALI-ABA Board of Directors selected the Professional Responsibility Advisory Panel.
Mr. Karp, Chair Emeritus of Ulmer & Berne LLP's Litigation Group, has more than 45 years of trial and appellate experience in business, corporate, and insurance litigation.
