ARAMARK Acquires Coffee Services Business of Country Club Coffee; Acquisition expands ARAMARK's reach in eastern Iowa and western Illinois

PHILADELPHIA -- ARAMARK Refreshment Services announced that it has acquired the office coffee services business of Country Club Coffee.
Country Club Coffee, based in Davenport, Iowa, provides office coffee service to businesses throughout the eastern Iowa and western Illinois region, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soups, and allied products. The acquisition, which was completed on March 27, 2006, brings more than 1,000 businesses to the ARAMARK Refreshment Services client base.
Country Club Coffee will continue to operate its restaurant foodservice/coffee shop and waffle business.
