The reports cover the topics "North American Desktop Outsourcing Services 2005" and "North American Help Desk Outsourcing Services 2005."
The Gartner Magic Quadrant reports evaluate outsourcing services providers on both completeness of vision and ability to execute. The evaluation for completeness of vision includes analysis of the provider's view of the market, service operating model, and strategic plans for growth and service improvements. The evaluation for ability to execute assesses the provider's success in delivering results today and its preparation to do the same in the future.
