Business Wire, March 29, 2006
IRVING, Texas -- TriSyn Group, the leading provider of collection and recovery software for credit unions and community banks, is pleased to announce the release of a new real-time interface between Intellect Integrated Collection Management System and the XP2 information management platform sold by XP Systems, a business unit of Fiserv.
"TriSyn Group's Real-Time Interface to XP2 is evidence of our ongoing commitment to serve our clients, meet their ongoing strategic needs, and provide products that will lead the market in features and functionality," said Beth Wilson, Vice President, Marketing and Product Management for TriSyn Group. "TriSyn is especially pleased to expand our long-standing relationship with XP Systems."
The Intellect application effectively combines collection activity information with real-time data from all versions of XP Systems' core platforms, providing collectors with an up-to-the-minute view of the customer's loan status and payment history.
"With the XP2 Real-Time Interface to Intellect we can focus on accounts that need direct and immediate attention," said Cris Tiberi, Financial Recovery Manager for Affinity FCU. "Within a matter of seconds, we know if a member has made a payment to his/her account or if a broken promise has occurred, which allows us to react promptly to developing situations and eliminate unnecessary calls."
XP2 is XP Systems' most advanced information management solution that enables credit unions to efficiently and affordably manage data processing in house. "XP Systems continues to deliver technology that enables credit unions to better use member relationship information at each point of interaction," said John Edwards, President of XP Systems. "XP Systems and TriSyn Group have collaborated for almost a decade, so we are pleased to partner with TriSyn Group in delivering the new XP2 Real-Time Interface to Intellect."
