LandAmerica Investor Conference Call - Acquires Capital Title Group - Research and Markets Offers a Brief of 'LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc.' Conference Call

DUBLIN, Ireland -- The LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE:LFG) Corporate Conference Call took place on 29-Mar-06 10:00am ET.
The Co. reported on 03/29/06 that it has agreed to acquire 100% of Capital Titles common stock for an aggregate consideration of approx. $251m, 80% of which is expected to be paid in cash and 20% in LFGs common stock. LFG anticipates that approx. 50% of the cash consideration will be generated from available cash and 50% from additional borrowings.
