Business Wire, March 30, 2006

FOSTER CITY, Calif. -- CellarStone Inc., a provider of sales commission solutions announced that Union Fidelity Mortgage, a premier provider of mortgage services has chosen QCommission Pro to automate its sales commission processes.

QCommission is a flexible and powerful software designed to automate the most complex sales commission processes. It can calculate sales people's compensation, accurately, quickly and professionally. QCommission is designed to operate standalone as well as integrated with applications such as QuickBooks(TM). QCommission's mortgage vertical template makes for an especially good fit for mortgage firms.

UFM is a sophisticated mortgage operation with about 90 Loan Officers and 20 Loan Processors. The firm is used to a high level of automation including a comprehensive website that helps in the sales process. Randy Martin, the President of the firm said, "Commissions had been a nightmare for us. We had an extremely complicated commission structure that used data across multiple periods. Using Excel to calculate commissions for the number of people we had was a real problem. I was looking for a robust and flexible solution and was willing to change business processes to automate the sales commission process."

Bernadette Thibodeau, the Controller for UFM, identified QCommission as a potential solution for her needs. She was particularly impressed with the high level of integration that QCommission provided with QuickBooks(TM). After a detailed evaluation of the software and discussions about how the software would be integrated into her environment, she recommended that QCommission be the product of choice.

UFM wanted to test the calculations in parallel with their existing processes. Even though the project was a fixed fee, the QCommission implementation team worked with the customer to support the parallel test of calculations for multiple periods. Bernadette said, "Even though it was a lot of extra work, the QCommission team stayed with me and helped me through the calculation of every period. We found the results calculated through QCommission to be more accurate than our manual calculations. We were also able to change our plans rapidly with the use of the system."

"Companies have sales commissions that are completely unique because of their business needs," said Gopi Mattel , CEO of CellarStone, Inc. "Knowledgeable implementation staff understand their unique situation and help automate their needs efficiently. Our teams go above and beyond the call of duty." QCommission brings in sales data like invoices, customer, sales rep, and items directly into the system from Loan Origination systems, QuickBooks(TM), Excel spreadsheets and other systems.

QCommission allows the user to:

--Setup simple or complex plans based on the need
