ATP Oil & Gas to Host Web Cast Call to Announce Record Proved Reserves, Fourth Quarter and Annual 2005 Results and Operations Update

HOUSTON -- ATP Oil & Gas Corporation (Nasdaq:ATPG) will host a live conference call on Thursday, March 9. Chairman and President T. Paul Bulmahn along with Senior Vice President Gerald W. Schlief, Chief Operating Officer Leland E. Tate and Chief Financial Officer Albert L. Reese, Jr. will discuss the Company's year-end results followed by a Q & A session. ATP expects to issue a press release announcing proved reserves, fourth quarter and annual 2005 results and an operations update after the close of market on Wednesday, March 8.
