ITresources signs Kyocera as Help Desk and Desktop Services Client

BUENA PARK, Calif. -- Information Technology Resources Inc. (ITresources) announces its newest Help Desk and Desktop client, Kyocera, America Inc.
San Diego-based Kyocera America Inc. creates a broad range of microelectronic packaging solutions and optoelectronic components based on advanced ceramic and plastic material technologies. Their components are used in the telecommunications, wireless, optoelectronic, semiconductor and specialty products markets.
Kyocera's successful transition to ITresources Help Desk and Desktop Managed Services took effect on Nov. 21, 2005.

--A customized support configuration (jointly agreed to and documented)

--Process improvements to Kyocera's operating environment with proven best practices policies and procedures
--Desktop support escalation procedures
--An active Account Manager as Kyocera's client advocate
--Designated Support Center specialist "lead"
--Daily, weekly and monthly Service Level Agreement reports
--Regularly scheduled client meetings
--Random and annual client surveys to better understand how ITresources support is being received
