Cisco Wins ``Best in VoiceCon Award'' for New Unified Communications System; VoiceCon Attendees Bestow Show Winner Status on Voice, Video and Collaboration System

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CSCO) today announced it has won the "2006 Best in VoiceCon" award for its newly announced Cisco Unified Communications system, a next-generation Internet Protocol (IP) Communications system for voice, video and collaboration.
The new system was publicly announced on March 6 and demonstrated at the VoiceCon trade show on March 7 in a keynote presentation by John Chambers, Cisco president and chief executive officer. The award is selected by a vote of attendees at the VoiceCon show, one of the leading conference events for business communications. The Cisco Unified Communications system was recognized for its exceptionally compelling new enterprise voice communications solutions.
