NOXS and Network Engines Sign Distribution Agreement; Leading European IT Security Distributor to Sell NS Series™ Security Appliances in Italy and France

CANTON, Mass. -- Network Engines, Inc. (NASDAQ: NENG), a leading appliance partner for Microsoft(R) security solutions, today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with leading European IT security value-added distribution group, NOXS. The new partnership allows NOXS to distribute and market the Network Engines family of NS Series Security Appliances through its extensive reseller partner network in Italy and France.
