Viewpoint Releases SDK for Rapid Creation of Custom Branded Application Toolbars; Software Development Kit Dramatically Simplifies Process of Building Valuable Application for Reaching Loyal Audiences

NEW YORK -- Viewpoint Corporation (NASDAQ: VWPT), a leading internet marketing technology company, today announced introduction of a software development kit (SDK) which allows for the efficient development of custom-branded application toolbars. The SDK will allow Viewpoint to quickly and easily build application toolbars for marketers, minimizing development costs and significantly increasing the speed to market for new customer applications.

By utilizing a simple browser-based user interface, the SDK provides the turnkey ability to change the look and feel of the toolbar with very little effort, using traditional design packages such as Photoshop and Flash, and to change parameters such as logos, colors and background. Any additional features that organizations wish to add to the toolbar can be easily developed in HTML. The SDK also includes an Alert Library, using AJAX technology, which provides the capability to communicate with users through a flashing-alert indicator on the toolbar. As a result, this versatile tool allows Viewpoint to efficiently create and market branded toolbars with custom features for any industry across the web.

Viewpoint has developed two custom branded toolbars with the new SDK which will be launched this month. The SDK will be used for the development of all custom toolbars moving forward. Viewpoint plans to make the custom-branded toolbar SDK available to be licensed by agencies and marketers.
