Identity Engines Raises $13M In Series B Funding; Trinity Ventures Leads Investment Joined by Series A Investors Horizon Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. -- Identity Engines, Inc., a leading provider of network-based identity management solutions, today announced the completion of its Series B round of funding of $13 million led by Trinity Ventures and joined by existing investors Horizon Ventures and Lightspeed Venture Partners. This round brings the total amount of financing the company has raised to date to $21.7 million. Identity Engines will use the funding to accelerate product development, and expand sales and marketing efforts to keep up with the growing demand within the enterprise for high-performance, easy-to-use identity management solutions.
