Office of the National Capital Region Coordination Announces Telework COOP Planning Session at Telework Exchange Town Hall Meeting - June 15, 2006

Technology Team, Office of the National Capital Region
Coordination (DHS ONCRC) is hosting a telework best-practices working
session at the Telework Exchange Town Hall Meeting. The goal for the
facilitated session is to understand proven Federal agency best
practices for utilizing telework as a critical plank in NCR Continuity
of Operations (COOP) planning. ONCRC, in conjunction with GSA Office
of Governmentwide Policy is currently gathering information to
formulate survivable, scalable communication solutions in the NCR to
fortify the telework models.
