PhotoWorks Appoints Wade Pfeiffer as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

SEATTLE -- PhotoWorks(R), Inc. (OTCBB:PHTW), an Internet based digital photo-publishing company, today announced the appointment of Wade Pfeiffer as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Pfeiffer most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for Talisma Corporation, a leading, global provider of Customer Interaction Management Solutions. Prior to that, Pfeiffer served as Chief Financial Officer and had various operational roles at X10 Wireless Technology, a leader in design and marketing of home control, entertainment and security and home networking technology products. Pfeiffer previously was a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young LLP and worked in various divisions, including audit, tax, entrepreneurial services, corporate finance, and valuation. Pfeiffer will be responsible for heading up PhotoWork's Financial and Operational efforts and will report to Chief Executive Officer Philippe Sanchez.
