Logicalis Completes Acquisition of Alliance Consulting Southwest Division; Logicalis Strengthens Services Capabilities, Extends Geographic Footprint

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. -- Logicalis, Inc., a global provider of high-performance technology solutions, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Alliance Consulting's Southwest region business ("Alliance Southwest"), based in Phoenix, Arizona. The acquisition strengthens Logicalis' presence in the West coast and Southwest and extends the capabilities of the Logicalis Contract Consulting Services Group (CCSG).
The new combined services organization totals 250 service delivery consultants who have obtained over 1,500 technical certifications. The Logicalis CCSG provides customers with a single, independent consulting organization that can support their heterogeneous hardware, software and IT services requirements.

"This acquisition increases our ability to offer a comprehensive portfolio, including hardware, software and services, to our enterprise customers.
