Aquila Announces Webcast for Annual Meeting May 3rd

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Aquila, Inc. (NYSE:ILA) will provide a live web cast of its annual shareholder meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 3, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Richard C. Green, chairman and chief executive officer, will address shareholders at the annual meeting, discussing financial results and providing an update on Aquila's progress with its operations and repositioning plan. Results of the election of directors and ratification of external auditors will also be announced.
