Clarus Systems Unveils Partner Program for Systems Integrators Offering Enterprise IP Telephony; Integrators Can Maximize Availability of Cisco IP Telephony Networks with ClarusIPC Operations Software, Training and Support
Business Wire, May 24, 2006
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. -- Clarus Systems, Inc., the leading provider of automated testing and reporting solutions for IP telephony systems, today announced the Clarus Systems Partner Program targeted at the growing market of systems integrators, managed service providers and other resellers offering enterprise IP telephony solutions. Members of the Clarus Systems Partner Program receive software, training and technical support to maximize the benefits of providing ClarusIPC(R) VoIP testing software as part of their Cisco IP telephony practice.
ClarusIPC Operations is the only software that provides active, end-to-end testing of the functionality of every phone in an IP network. Since its launch in March, ClarusIPC Operations has been increasingly adopted by systems integrators to accelerate network deployments and reduce operations costs of enterprise Cisco IP telephony environments.
MSN Communications, one of the largest and most experienced network integrators and a Gold-certified Cisco partner, uses ClarusIPC software to test and validate its IP telephony deployments. "ClarusIPC Operations can provide significant, measurable improvements in the availability and visibility of a Cisco IP network," said Andrew Banks, vice president at MSN Communications. "With Clarus software, we've been able to better utilize our engineering resources and provide even more added value to our customers."
Program Benefits Include Clarus' Patent-Pending Testing Technology
The Clarus Systems Partner Program is designed to support integrators and other technology providers that plan to resell ClarusIPC software or simply use it to manage their customers' telephony environments. Benefits of the program include revenue sharing, lead generation, sales and marketing materials and training.
Clarus also includes in its offering a unique, patent-pending technology for the generic testing of Internet telephony network systems. This methodology, which has been developed by the telephony experts at Clarus, provides a mechanism to dynamically allocate existing telephones as test resources, allowing Clarus' partners to test customer environments remotely, without the need to deploy a distributed test solution.
"ClarusIPC Operations ensures that a provider's telephony solution adheres to the proven, decades-old best practice of a nightly health check of the entire telephony environment," said Brendan Reidy, CEO of Clarus Systems. "Our new partner program gives integrators an easy way to expand their business and increase overall customer satisfaction."
