Excapsa Poker Network and National Lampoon, Inc. Announce Exclusive Marketing Initiative and License Agreement

TORONTO -- Excapsa Software plc (AIM:XCP) which develops, maintains and markets real time internet enabled poker software and manages the Excapsa poker network, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Game Theory Limited, has signed a license agreement with National Lampoon, Inc. (AMEX:NLN) and completed an exclusive multi-tiered marketing initiative between the two organisations.

National Lampoon's free online poker room (www.nationallampoonpoker.com) will be the first stop for college students at 600 U.S. colleges and universities in the NationalLampoonPoker.com National College Poker Tournament, a nationally televised intercollegiate poker tournament designed to play on the natural rivalry between schools. Students who succeed in the free online poker tournaments will move to regional semi-finals in Texas, Florida, California, Michigan or North Carolina. Twenty-five players from the regional semi-finals will then travel to the national competition where a trip for four to Cabo San Lucas and other great prizes are on the line. National Lampoon, Inc. will promote their play-for-fun poker site and the intercollegiate events through their URL; on-air through their in-dorm college network; and at live events across the United States. As part of this agreement, UltimateBet.com will co-sponsor the land based and online events.
