Unisys Extends Outsourcing Relationship with AIG Technologies, Inc.; Unisys managed support services for IT infrastructure intended to deliver benefits of secure business operations - enhancing customer service in competitive marketplace

BLUE BELL, Pa. -- Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS) today announced that it has received a three-year extension of its engagement to provide outsourced IT services to AIG Technologies, Inc. (AIGT), the information technology services provider for member companies of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), world leaders in insurance and financial services. The contract extends services Unisys has provided AIGT since 2000.

The Unisys services are intended to enable AIGT to realize key benefits of secure business operations: improved efficiency, better support for employees serving clients in the field, enhanced customer satisfaction and greater competitive agility.

The services Unisys will provide AIGT include managed support and maintenance services - such as deskside and warranty support - for desktop systems, laptops, servers and network-attached printers. A Unisys program office will coordinate service delivery.
