Double-Take® Software Acquires its International Strategic Partner; Global Footprint Increases with Sunbelt System Software

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. -- In a move to increase its global presence, Double-Take(R) Software today announced the acquisition of their strategic partner, Sunbelt System Software headquartered in Paris, France, with offices in the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden and Belgium. The acquisition will extend the customer base of Double-Take Software by leveraging Sunbelt's footprint across Europe, Middle East, Africa, (EMEA) Australia, and New Zealand.
