IKON Awarded Kodak Quality Supplier Certification; Document Management Leader Recognized for Outstanding Service, High Performance Levels and Quality Management

MALVERN, Pa. -- IKON Office Solutions (NYSE:IKN), the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, today announced that it has been awarded the prestigious Certified Supplier status from Eastman Kodak Company. Based on an extensive review of performance metrics, IKON was selected for its best-in-class product and service levels, sound quality management, and outstanding delivery and lead-time performance.

IKON provides fleet management services and support for more than 700 color and monochrome multi-functional printer (MFP) devices at Kodak's North American locations. The equipment is backed by IKON's team of over 6,000 technical service professionals who provide a high level of support.
Kodak awarded Certified Supplier status to IKON for consistently exceeding specified product, service and reliability levels; sound quality systems, including continuous improvement, timely feedback and correction action measures; and on-time delivery and lead-time performance of more than 97 percent.
IKON also has a relationship with Kodak's Graphic Communications Group as a partner in marketing certain Kodak technologies. IKON partners with Kodak to deliver and support the IKON PowerPro(TM) 500 print controller for the IKON CPP(TM) 500, IKON's 50 page-per-minute color device. The IKON PowerPro 500 is based on Kodak's controller technology. IKON also works closely with Kodak to bring the Canon imageRUNNER 110, Pro 125VP and Pro 150VP high volume segment six products to market.
