HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. -- SeaBright Insurance Co. and Llorente SIU(TM) worked together to convict Oscar Gomez of workers' compensation fraud.

Gomez was convicted of insurance fraud in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, and sentenced to 180 days in the county jail. The jail time was stayed pending successful completion of three years of felony probation, 10 hours of community service and payment of restitution in the amount of $26,275.
