Bank of Marin Announces Cash Dividend

CORTE MADERA, Calif. -- Bank of Marin (NASDAQ:BMRC) President and CEO Russell A. Colombo announced that on Thursday, November 9, 2006, the Bank's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share. The cash dividend is payable on November 22, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2006.
