Innovative floating 'Express Palette' technology provides instant access to digital files
PORTLAND, Ore. -- Extensis, a division of Celartem, Inc., today announced that it has been awarded a second patent for its popular Express Palette feature within Portfolio, its leading digital asset management solution. The Express Palette is a floating application that brings the digital library of files within Portfolio directly into the user's existing workflow, providing instant search and drag-n-drop access to files from anywhere on the user's system. Extensis was awarded an apparatus patent on the Express Palette in August 2005.
