First Atlantic Commerce Offers 'Partner Protection' for Qualifying Agents and Leading Offshore Credit Card Payment Solutions for Their Merchants

Business Wire, Nov 15, 2006

Partner Protection Program, Multi-Currency Residuals and up-Front Signing Bonus

HAMILTON, Bermuda -- First Atlantic Commerce Ltd. (FAC) is offering referral partners protection from losing merchants, immediate income with upfront sign-on bonuses for every new merchant following bank approval, and lifetime, profit-building residuals in multiple currencies.

FAC, a leading eCommerce payment solutions provider, provisions solutions for merchants wanting to establish direct banking relationships in the Latin American Caribbean Region (LACR), Bermuda and Europe to facilitate secure, multi-currency credit card transactions.

This week, the company unveiled an expanded merchant referral program - unique to the offshore eCommerce industry - in its Partner Protection feature, which enables agents to better manage their merchant relationships, and assists with preventing them from losing merchants via circumvention.

Also new to the merchant referral program is an up-front signing bonus, whereby qualifying partners can earn up to $300 for every new, bank-approved, signed deal. As well, they can earn multi currency commissions in EUROS, British Pounds and US Dollars, and maximize their margins by uplifting the various buy rates offered on a per-deal basis by FAC's partner banks.

The Bermuda-based payment solutions provider offers merchants true offshore solutions through presentment and settlement in multiple currencies via multiple acquirers and multiple jurisdictions around the globe. As well, FAC can architect strategic, custom payment solutions based on merchant needs.

FAC pays out residuals to merchant referral partners monthly, and offers special incentives when large mainstream merchants go live with one of the company's direct bank account solutions.

Partners can also earn per transaction fees on FAC's exclusive pre-authentication services, which are open to all merchant types and can be easily and quickly implemented alongside pre-existing gateway services. (FAC's pre-authentication card solutions, known as AV-yeS, provide Address Verification Services on US cardholders, and are ideal for merchants needing to pre-screen consumer transactions.)

FAC provides marketing support for all of the company's solutions and dedicated relationship managers to work closely with each merchant referral partner, ensuring residual income is maximized for every deal.

According to FAC Vice President of International Business Development, Glyn Hoskins-Turner, "FAC's merchant referral program is ideal for partners looking to place existing, large international merchants, who need additional processing capacity. Our program also offers partners the possibility of expanding their existing merchant portfolios, into the offshore space through education and collaboration with the FAC team, who will work closely with agents to ensure they are fully equipped to be able to up-sell all our direct merchant account solutions."

Further details on FAC's merchant referral program and online credit card payment processing solutions can be found at the company's web site - www.firstatlanticcommerce.com.
