Priceline.com Named Best Third-Party Hotel Reservations Website In New Hospitality Industry Customer Survey

NORWALK, Conn. -- In a survey of 35,000 guests staying in a hotel during the third quarter 2006, priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) was voted the best third-party hotel reservations website, according to the third quarter 2006 Market Metrix Hospitality Index.
The Market Metrix Hospitality Index is a quarterly report of customer satisfaction with hotel, airline and car rental companies based on 35,000 in-depth consumer interviews. Market Metrix, LLC, which produces the survey and report, provides the hospitality industry with customer and employee satisfaction measurements and tools.
