Matria Healthcare to Present at Merrill Lynch Health Services Conference and Piper Jaffray Health Care Conference

MARIETTA, Ga. -- Matria Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: MATR) announced today that it will participate in the Merrill Lynch Health Services Conference to be held November 28 - 29, 2006, in New York and the Piper Jaffray Health Care Conference to be held on November 29 - December 1, 2006, in New York.
Jeff Hinton, Matria's Chief Financial Officer, and Rich Cockrell, the Company's Vice President of Investor Relations, will give a presentation on the Company at Merrill Lynch on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, at 3:15 PM Eastern Time and will present at Piper Jaffray on Friday, December 1, 2006, at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time.
The Company also announced that a live broadcast of its conference presentation at Merrill Lynch will be available on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, beginning at 3:15 PM Eastern Time and a live broadcast of its conference presentation at Piper Jaffray will be available on Friday, December 1, 2006, beginning at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time.
