Telekom Austria also owns 100% of the Czech Internet service provider (ISP) Czech On Line.

As of October 2006, Telekom Austria was 25.2%-owned by Eusterreichische Industrieholding AG (OIAG), the Austrian government holding company. The remaining 74.8% of the companys shares are free float. Telekom Austrias shares and ADRs are traded on the Austrian Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange, respectively.
