Hay Group continues to Expand its New York Metro Capabilities

NEW YORK CITY -- Hay Group's New York office is pleased to announce the hiring of new talent into its Reward, Talent & Leadership, and Executive Compensation consulting practices.
Krishna Chabba joins the Talent & Leadership practice as an Associate Consultant with a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University. Prior to that, she worked for Standard Chartered Bank as a Manager in their Global Market Sales Team out of Mubai, India. She also was a member of BNP Paribas' Treasury Sales team based out of Chennai, India.
Lauren Coakley joins the Reward practice as an Associate Consultant with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and an MBA from Villanova University. Originally with Hay Group's Philadelphia office, Lauren has served in a variety of client-focused and technical roles where she managed major projects for some of Hay Group's largest retail clients and served as the US representative for the retail global team. Previous experience includes three years in human resources at Cendant and QVC.
Vered Elad joins the Talent & Leadership and Reward practices as an Associate Consultant with a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College as well as LL.B. from Tel-Aviv University, Israel where she is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. Vered has extensive consulting experience working with customer service and sales teams to improve effectiveness and results in the telecommunication, Internet, and print industries.
Katherine E. Kenefick joins the Reward practice as an Associate Consultant with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University, NY. She is also a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and Compensation Management Specialist with International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Katherine's expertise spans many industries and sectors, with consulting assignments focusing on the area of Rewards. Working collaboratively with our clients, Katherine has assessed competitiveness of pay levels, designed short- and long-term incentive plans, and valued stock option expense in compliance with FAS 123R.
Shalini Panwar joins the Talent & Leadership practice as an Associate Consultant with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University, NY; and also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Delhi, India. Shalini has extensive experience in the area of performance management, 360-degree feedback, career counseling, compensation and benefits management, organizational restructuring, and de-layering across various industries and sectors.
