DAYTON, Ohio -- Global Fitness Holdings, LLC, the largest Gold's Gym franchisee worldwide ranking in the top 25 Fitness Holding Companies in North America, is proud to announce their alliance with Anthony Mu[ or -]oz--Cincinnati's Bengals Legendary Pro Football Hall of Fame's only inductee--as their Gold's Gym spokesperson in the Dayton, Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky market.
Considered by many as the greatest offensive lineman in NFL history, Mu[ or -]oz has a record of excellence that is unrivaled in professional football. An eleven-time NFL Pro Bowl selection, Anthony Mu[ or -]oz is one of Cincinnati's true sports icons. Mu[ or -]oz was named the NFL Offensive Lineman Of The Year in 1981, 1987, 1988 and the NFL Players Association Lineman Of The Year in 1982, 1985, 1988 and 1989. In 1991, he was honored as NFL Man Of The Year.
Since retiring, Anthony serves as one of the community's most accessible and involved advocates helping to impact the lives of the youth. In 2002, Anthony established the Anthony Mu[ or -]oz Foundation - "Impact for Eternity," a non-profit organization that engages the Tri-State region to impact area youth mentally, physically and spiritually. Since its inception, the foundation has impacted over 10,000 children and raised more than a $1,000,000.00 for foundation programs and select charities.
