Torex Hospitality Gears up for Expansion with Addition of Two Key Executives

OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. -- Torex Hospitality, a division of Torex Retail Plc, an international market leader in the provision of innovative retail IT systems, announces the addition of Chris L. Couch and Mike Nettles to the Division's leadership team.
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Couch, 40, will have worldwide responsibilities for driving sales and organic growth for the business across Torex Hospitality's award winning and market leading products. He will report to Keith Pascal, Chief Executive Officer of the Division.
Since 2000, Mr. Couch has held various sales and delivery leadership positions with leading hospitality POS and back-office software companies including BlueCube Software where he most recently held the position of General Manager of the Food Service Division. During his tenure at BlueCube Software he oversaw the successful launch of the BlueCube product suite into the Food Service market and doubled the size of its business in this segment over a two year period.

Prior to 2000, Mr. Couch worked for The Home Depot, The Coca-Cola Company and Ernst & Young, LLP. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems from Clemson University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School, Emory University.
In addition, Mike Nettles will join as Director of Professional Service and will lead the division's implementation teams responsible for deployment of the company's leading software solutions.
Mr. Nettles brings over twenty years of foodservice, specialty retail, supply chain and global technology systems experience to Torex Hospitality. His background includes work for multi-concept restaurant and retail companies as well as a supplier of global restaurant systems and accounting services. He has delivered technology and business solutions for some of the biggest and most respected names in the industry and has also led multiple software development, package implementation and large-scale business change initiatives during his career.
Prior to joining Torex Hospitality, Mike led the Business Development efforts of Accuvia Consulting, the nation's premier foodservice technology consulting group. Mike joined Accuvia after a five year tenure in the technology supplier community where he was the Vice President of Product Management and Solutions Services for Savista (a company later acquired by Torex Hospitality). Mike has also served as the Director of Supply Chain and Corporate systems for Brinker International, parent company of such chains as Chili's, Macaroni Grill and several other casual dining restaurants. In addition to his foodservice experience, Mike spent 10 years working in all facets of leadership for NeoStar Retail Group, operating the specialty retail brands of Babbage's, Software Etc., Gamestop and FuncoLand.
