Business Wire, Oct 18, 2006
PLEASANTON, Calif. -- AdventNet Inc., a pioneer and leading provider of affordable Enterprise IT Management & IT security software, today announced the release of QEngine Issue Manager (QIM). The cost-effective and web-based issue and bug tracking software increases the productivity of IT managers and QA analysts by helping them effectively track and manage bugs and other project-related issues.
QIM is a 100% web-based issue management software that offers the facility of bug tracking, project management, improvements, defect and task management features. QIM bug tracking system provides role based access control, attachment handling, schedule management and automatic e-mail notification. Other features include: workflow resolution, worklogs, time tracking, business rules; active directory authentication; attaching screenshots; easy reporting and extensive customization features.

QIM also provides fine control on what actions users can execute by allowing customization of workflow, and control of when notifications should be sent, and to whom.
"QEngine Issue Manager proved to be a powerful piece of software that made our software development workflow much easier. Our developers are very impressed with your support staff. We have emailed several times, and each time we have received an extremely fast response, which proved very helpful," said Thorsten Schulze, Project Manager of KP3 Medien GmbH, Germany. "I am extremely happy with the results we have seen from both the performance and support of QIM."
"Users can give access to their clients, and clients will be able to effectively participate in the daily development activities by accessing QIM.
