Chugg Joins Advantage Bank as Human Resources Director

CAMBRIDGE, Ohio -- (NASDAQ:CAFI) Advantage Bank, the banking subsidiary of Camco Financial Corporation, has announced that James W. Chugg, SPHR was appointed to the position of Assistant Vice President, Director of Human Resources for Advantage Bank. Richard C. Baylor, president and CEO of Camco and Advantage Bank made the announcement.

In his role, Chugg is responsible for managing the corporation's human resource functions. He is accountable for staffing, training and development, performance management, benefits and compensation. Mr. Chugg will also be responsible for compliance with the company's personnel policies and procedures. Most recently he served as Senior Manager Human Resources for Rea & Associates, a regional accounting firm headquartered in New Philadelphia, Ohio. His strong background in human resources consulting along with his management training and recruiting experience will add tremendous value to our organization," commented Baylor.

Chugg graduated from Maine's Nasson College and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. He currently resides in Senecaville, Ohio with his wife Ellen. They have two grown children.
