Solutions Provider Teams with the International Bar Association to Honor Long-Time Contributor

NEW YORK -- LexisNexis Group, a global leading provider of information and services solutions announced today it has established the Louis F. Duffy Scholarship to honor Duffy for his many years of exemplary service to LexisNexis([R]) and the International Bar Association (IBA). The Louis F. Duffy Scholarship will help young attorneys from developing countries participate in the IBA's Distance Learning Program. The IBA program is designed specifically to meet the needs of lawyers wishing to practice internationally.

Duffy is the LexisNexis([R]) Martindale-Hubbell([R]) liaison with the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Balkan States Bar Association and the International Trademark Association. He is a current member of the LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Legal Advisory Board and a former member of the Advisory Council of the United States National Judicial College.
