STRATEGY ANALYTICS: O2 Germany Rated Best European Carrier for Mobile Phone Support; Customer Support Satisfaction Outranks Major Wireless Competitors

BOSTON -- The Strategy Analytics Advanced Wireless Laboratory (AWL) report, eIuVerizon Wireless (USA) and O2 (Germany) lead Customer Support Satisfaction Index,eIN finds that more than one in three mobile phone customers have contacted customer support with a question or problem with their mobile handset since purchase. This study, which ranks customer support services, reveals that in Western Europe, O2 Germany customers report the highest overall level of satisfaction with their carriereIUs device support service. This carrier is rated #1 in Western Europe for speed and completeness of problem resolution, while Orange UK achieved the highest rating for knowledge and/or helpfulness of customer support representatives.
