Bender brings over 20 years of experience in establishing strategic partner relationships for leading companies including Salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM), PeopleSoft (Nasdaq:ORCL), Netscape (NYSE:TWX) and Hewlett Packard (NYSE:HPQ) (Nasdaq:HPQ). Effective immediately, Bender assumes responsibility for expanding KnowNow's partnership network relationships, globally.

In her role, Bender will recruit and develop alliances with leading consulting partners, Web 2.0 vendors and content-solutions providers to grow revenue and extend KnowNow's market presence. Her experience in developing partnerships to grow market share will play a key role in KnowNow's ongoing success.
