SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- KnowNow, the leader in Enterprise 2.0 solutions, today announced that it has named Lorna Bender as vice president of business development and alliances. Bender brings over 20 years of experience in establishing strategic partner relationships for leading companies including Salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM), PeopleSoft (Nasdaq:ORCL), Netscape (NYSE:TWX) and Hewlett Packard (NYSE:HPQ) (Nasdaq:HPQ). Effective immediately, Bender assumes responsibility for expanding KnowNow's partnership network relationships, globally.

"When I grew Netscape to $600 million, it was built on the premise of delivering customer-driven solutions rapidly through successful partnerships. I'm building KnowNow on the same premise," said Todd Rulon-Miller, chief executive officer of KnowNow, Inc. "More Fortune 1000 companies trust KnowNow to deliver enterprise-class Web 2.0 solutions than any other vendor. That trust is built on our collaborative approach to solution development. Through KnowNow's rapid growth, Lorna will continue to deliver our extended solutions strategy that enterprises demand."

Bender has led global business development efforts for several pioneering startups and Fortune 500 companies contributing to 20 to 30 percent of revenues.
