ZixCorp Meets $50 Million Market Cap Requirement

DALLAS -- Zix Corporation (ZixCorp([R])), (Nasdaq:ZIXI), the leader in hosted services for email encryption and e-prescribing, announced today that it has received a notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department, which states that the company has achieved re-compliance with the $50 million market capitalization requirement set forth in Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4450(b)(1)(A). The market capitalization requirement is necessary to maintain a listing on the Nasdaq National Market, also knows as the Nasdaq Global Market, where the Company's shares are currently traded.
As previously announced, the Company has until at least March 14, 2007, to regain compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4450(b)(4), which requires a minimum $1.00 per share bid price for a specified period of time.
