Salesforce.com Customers Can Now Deploy SalesGenius E-Mail and Website Tracking Capabilities from within Salesforce

There is no programming or IT involvement required to begin using SalesGenius, which is now available for test drive at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange. SalesGenius lets sales and marketing professionals track responses to their e-mails and view in real time their prospects' visits to their company Website. With SalesGenius for AppExchange, salesforce.com customers can instantly see which prospects are most interested and what interests them most via the Genius Tracker, an instant messenger-like client that alerts users to e-mail opens and website visits.
Salesforce.com customers can be up and running with SalesGenius in minutes, sending trackable e-mails from Microsoft Outlook or the SalesGenius e-mail tool. SalesGenius capabilities, including the real-time Genius Tracker and page-by-page instant replays of Website visits, can be accessed from a tab within Salesforce. Users can also review report summaries of all SalesGenius activities from within their lead and contact records in Salesforce.
