ICO To Commence Trading on the Nasdaq Global Market

RESTON, Va. -- ICO Global Communications (Holdings) Limited ("ICO") (Pink Sheets: ICOHA)(NASDAQ: ICOG) today announced that NASDAQ has accepted its application to trade ICO's Class A Common Stock on the NASDAQ Global Market. The shares are expected to commence trading on NASDAQ on Wednesday, September 13, 2006, under the ticker symbol "ICOG."
