The agreement was forged following numerous requests from PC-PLUS customers looking for an effective high availability solution that was less expensive and more effective than traditional cluster technologies.

Under terms of the agreement, PC-PLUS will distribute Marathon's high availability solution to its customers, which include companies in media, retail, legal, manufacturing, transportation and healthcare vertical markets. In addition, the two companies will work cooperatively on joint marketing, sales and lead generation initiatives.
