ArmorWorks Receives U.S. Air Force ESAPI Order; Tempe-based ArmorWorks Provides Armor for All Branches of U.S. Military

TEMPE, Ariz. -- ArmorWorks, a leading provider of advanced armor products, today announced the receipt of a $5.4 million follow-on delivery order for Enhanced Small Arms Protective Inserts (ESAPI) for protection of Air Force combat personnel. This order was placed under a multi-year ID/IQ contract administered by the multi-service Defense Logistics Agency on behalf of the Air Force.

This order is in addition to recently announced body armor orders for the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps.
